The article enlightens and expands one’s creative thinking and encourages one to reexamine his/her self in the aspect of business success. The perception is that how much money you make in the business world will be determined by how much you think you are worth, the service that you provide and the time and effort that is put out. If one wants to make a lot of money, he will need to believe that his skills, ability and creativity are valuable enough to bring success. Understanding one’s is worth is the stepping stone of success this is because one will operate in efficiency, effective and with confidence therefore the service that will be given out will be of high quality. According to “Giselle Hudson” writer of the article states, “Success is not the result of making money; earning money is the result of success and success is in direct portion to our service.”

My perception form after reading this article is that if one wants to earn money it’s the hard work that you put out will determined how that customer or supervisor will pay you. The more you diligently and honestly contribute will increase the income you receive. I also believe in personal ROI that is return on individual if one continues to perform on a high level, build relationship with customer they will always want to come back to you but one must evaluate themselves each day and see where there is room for improvement and work towards it, in that no one will be able to say that your service isn’t worth the money.
